THE CUSTOM COLLECTION products require 7-14 business days to be produced. Once completed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
All custom orders are FINAL SALE. We do not accept cancellations, changes, returns, and/or exchanges.
Lost / Stolen Packages:
SHOP GABRIELLA MARIE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken packages once your order has been shipped. We understand that some shipping carriers may be a little aggressive and packages may experience hardships during the delivery process, which is why we pack our orders the best we can. Once out of our hands, we cannot control the quality of the package.
Successfully Delivered Packages:
SHOP GABRIELLA MARIE is NOT responsible for any packages that have not arrived even though you have received an email notifying you that your package has been successfully delivered via your courier.
